It’s that time of year again when the weather starts to change, and the holidays are right around the corner. Since the beach season is over it’s common for people to “Fall” backwards with their progress and lose focus on their goals. So here are a few tips on how to push forward and continue to progress towards your goals.

  • Emphasize scheduling workouts – When the temperatures drop, we tend to not want to be in the bitter cold and can use it as an excuse to skip a workout. So, plan your workouts ahead of time to help hold you accountable.
  • Buddy system – Try and align your workouts with a friend. Studies show that people who have a workout partner or personal trainer see better results with their workouts. (Starting November 1st current members will receive a FREE month of membership when they refer a friend to join)
  • Try something new – Our bodies are very good at acclimating to the workouts we do. So always try to work on muscle confusion. Keep the body guess by trying a new class or boot camp. You might be surprised at how much fun you have been missing out on.
  • Seminars and Client Manager – If you are hitting a plateau or want to avoid one. Schedule an appointment with myself or attend one of the monthly seminars to help you through any speed bumps you may occur. We are here to help!

Recognizing issues can be difficult until they happen, but we are here to help you every step of the way. You can do this, be strong, be proactive, be fit!  Don’t hesitate to take control now and keep making strides towards a better you.

Committed to your success,

Jake Hutt, Client Manager
