As your Health Coach…
I will listen carefully and help you to determine what changes are necessary for you.
I will provide a holistic approach to wellness, looking at how all the areas of your life connect and affect your health as a whole. Is a stressful job or a strained relationship causing you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or fatigue prevent you from exercising? Does an underlying health issue make weight loss seem impossible? Are financial stresses leaving you feeling hopeless? We’ll reframe your obstacles as opportunities to grow.
We will not dwell on restriction; I am not about creating lists of goods and bads, do’s and don’ts. Instead, we’ll focus your program on creating a happier healthier version of you in way that is flexible and rewarding.
