Where to Place – Use the device on any part of your body where you have a problem. For a general energy boost, try using it on your face, stomach, chest, or back.

Where to Shine – Make sure the light touches your bare skin. Clothes block the red and nearinfrared light from reaching your cells, so take off any clothes from the area you are treating.

How Long – A 10-minute session in one spot is usually enough to help your body start healing itself. If you want to treat several areas, you can use your RedVive device for up to 40 minutes a day.

How Often – Consistency is important to get the best results. We recommend using it at least once daily, but using it 2-3 times a day can be helpful for different goals like better sleep, training, and mental sharpness. Generally, 3-5 a week is affective.

Is Red Light Safe for My Eyes?

In most cases, red light can be quite beneficial for the eyes not to cover them and can even help repai the mitochondria in the eyes.  If your eyes are sensitive to light or you take medications that make you sensitive to light, talk to your doctor before using a RedVive device. Eye coverage is available for those sensitive to light, but covering the eyes is optional.
