Thai Bodywork

What is Thai Bodywork?

Thai massage is a unique massage experience that will facilitate deep relaxation while wiper away your daily stresses with assisted stretching and acupressure. This massage is oil-free, and your treatment is enjoyed comfortably in loose-fitted clothing. In the Thai tradition, giving bodywork is considered an act of compassion and generosity. For our practitioner, Kate, a Thai Bodywork session is both a dance and a meditation.

30 minute session – $50 | 60 minute session – $85 | Student Athletes (45 minutes) – $67

Meet the Practitioner: Kate Meemken

Kate is a skilled Thai Bodywork Practitioner at Rejuv Medical, bringing a unique blend of movement, wellness, and therapeutic bodywork experience to patient care. She joined the team in May 2026 and specializes in Thai Yoga Bodywork, an assisted stretching and acupressure-based practice designed to promote relaxation, mobility, and overall well-being.

Kate completed her Thai Yoga Bodywork Practitioner training through the Davanati School of Yoga and Wellness in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She also earned both her Thai Yoga Bodywork and Tok Sen certifications from the Boonthumme Thai Bodywork School in Chiang Mai, Thailand. In addition, she completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with an Ashtanga focus in Denver, Colorado.

With more than 10 years of experience teaching and training yoga—particularly with teams and athletes—Kate has spent the last three years practicing and refining Thai Yoga Bodywork in the St. Cloud area. Her approach combines mindful movement, assisted stretching, and traditional techniques to help clients reduce stress, improve flexibility, and support overall wellness.

Outside of the clinic, Kate enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, her husband of 20 years and their three children. Whether it’s backcountry camping, paddling trips in Canada, or hiking adventures, she embraces what she calls “type 2 fun”—the kind of adventure that’s challenging in the moment but rewarding in the end.
