Rejuv Medical Fitness 
Updated Operating Protocols 

As you may have heard, Govenor Walz came out with the next steps in opening back up our state. Throughout the COVID-19 crisis, we have been following the recommendation from the MN Dept of Health and the CDC closely, plus we have been in communication with our local city representatives.   
When the crisis first started, we agreed as a company to ramp down aspects of our service offerings in accordance with the Governor’s order. Since the re-opening of elective surgeries, in person clinic visits and small group gatherings. We have decided to bring back our medically supervised weight loss services which include small group classes of under 10 people and one on one semi-private sessions with our medical fitness specialists.  This does not include any open gym, large B.A.S.E.camp training or any non-supervised training.     
Now that Rejuv Medical, as a whole, has been able to put in the proper safeguards, we are happy to continue to offer our Medical Fitness and Medical Weight Loss offerings at a limited basis with reduced class sizes and  limited Medical Fitness private/semi-private training sessions. We will continue to support our Medical Fitness members with these offerings as well as virtual classes/session and our Rejuv4Lifestyle platform. At this point we will not be offering “open gym” access.  
We encourage you to reserve your spot in our different class offerings or book an appointment with your Medical Fitness Specialist.   We will continue to keep you up to date on any changes. We will also be keeping all members up to date through our “members only” community group on Facebook.  If you have not joined this community group, please click here for access. Below, are our safety guidelines for the Rejuv Medical Fitness Facility:  
Here is what Team Rejuv is doing for you: 
  • Rejuv Medical & Fitness staff will wear masks in all public areas.
  • Temperature screening upon entering the facility for patients, clients and staff.
  • Group fitness will be kept to 9 participants and 1 Medical Fitness Specialist with set stations for each client. 
  • Group fitness classes will be 45 minutes giving 15 minutes between classes for additional sanitation. This will also keep flow between classes to a minimum.   
  • Rejuv Medical will provide necessary materials to sanitize before and after use of equipment along with hand sanitizer throughout the facility. 

  • Our Medical Fitness Specialists will hold all classes outside, on the turf, and/or MINDBODY livestream at this time.
  • Saunas will remain closed.

This is what you can do for us:
  • Sign up for classes online or by using the Rejuv Medical App.
  • Call us if you need assistance.
  • Use the self-check in station. 
  • Arrive a few minutes early as the check in process will be a little longer. 
  • Go to a designated station if coming for a class. If training, ask your Medical Fitness Specialist for recommendations on what equipment to warm up on.
  • Follow sanitation procedures of cleaning equipment before and after use  Limit locker room use or change at home when possible. 
  • Rejuv will not have any shared toiletries, hairdryers, or towels at this time. 
  • Use the east fitness door to exit the facility whenever possible to limit lobby traffic. 
  • Face masks or coverings are recommended.  
  • Keep a safe distance from other members and staff. 
  • Wash your hands often.
We cannot be more excited to have the entire Rejuv Community back together again and believe we can do this safely with everyone’s help. We will continue to update you on upcoming changes in the days, weeks, and months to come!
