Rich Schimenek joined the Rejuv Medical Team in May 2010. Born and raised in Superior, WI, Rich started his career at Gold's Gym in Sartell, MN. 

Something no one knows about you:

At one time I worked a desk job and weighed 330lbs.  I was able to lose 80lbs in one year and have kept that weight off to this day almost 5 years later.

Your education Level & Certifications:

B.S. Degree from St. Cloud State
USA Track & Field Level 1 Coach
Working towards Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) certification from the National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA)

Why do you like your job?

I am showing people that they can accomplish more than they think, and helping someone build confidence is rewarding.

Besides working at Rejuv Medical,
Some of Rich's other passions include:

Green Bay Packers football, coaching track & field at Sartell High School, and weightlifting.

When I was young I wanted to be:

A lumberjack.

My job varies significantly per client.  I help people with weight loss, getting faster and stronger, and proper weightlifting technique. Which bleeds over into my experience as a coach and helping run the HARDcore Athletic Program.
