Neck Pain, can be something that happens, you know ouch I have neck pain for two weeks. But a lot of people suffer from “chronic neck pain.” This neck pain can be a very debilitating problem. Neck pain is often the result of a car accident, a fall, a whiplash type injury, or an old injury that could have happened years ago. The problem is, you’ve been dealing with this pain for many years, which could lead to fatigue and other problems related to your pain. What causes neck pain?

Activities that strain the neck are the root cause to most commonly found forms of neck pain. Poor posture, the use of a mobile device for long periods of time, starring at a poorly positioned computer monitor, or sleeping wrong on the neck are some causes of neck pain. Such activities can lead to neck spasm in the muscle tissue surrounding the neck. These activities can also lead to neck strain and or swelling in the neck joints.

Injuries or Car Accidents are also common causes for neck pain, such things as a high impact fall or whiplash from a car accident.

What are the symptoms?

Easy to notice symptoms of neck pain include: Headaches, lack of mobility in turning your head, the feeling of knots, stiffness, shooting pains down your arms or numbness and tingling in your arm, or even severe pain in your neck.

Chronic Neck pain will also sometimes lead to fatigue, depression, or anxiety.
