High Blood Pressure or Hypertension; which is usually caused from being overweight, or being out of shape, it also can be inherited. You could be at a perfect body weight yet still have high blood pressure. There’s a lot of things we can do whether you are overweight, slightly overweight, or at your ideal body weight to get your blood pressure down. At Rejuv Medical we focus on exercise, we focus on diet, we can also focus things on maximizing your nutrition, which in turn will help you decrease that blood pressure.
