This program is a great starting point to teaching you how to begin a lifestyle of health and fitness. In this controlled environment you will learn how to exercise and eat the right way to lose the weight for good. The program is similar to the TV show the “Biggest Loser,” except for the fact that you may bring the entire family for a fun and educational weekend. You will have lodging, food, entertainment, boot camps, educational seminars, and leisure time provided for you at one affordable cost. You or your family can join in on all the activities or just choose the ones that interest you. Reduced rates are available when signing up with more than one person. Personal Training

Small group exercise sessions suited to your fitness goals and ability. Your trainers will also work with you on how to maintain your results through healthy lifestyle habits. Each workout session includes exercise guidance, motivation, and accountability.


Metabolic Testing

This exciting technology measures resting metabolic rate. After adding in your lifestyle and exercise calories burned, we can pinpoint the most calories you can safely consume and still lose weight. Nowhere else will you find this technology.


Healthy Prepared Meals
