Health & Fitness Retreats

Rejuv Medical has a great starting point to teach you how to begin a lifestyle of health and fitness. Our Weight Loss Retreats offer a safe, confidential and controlled environment where you will learn how to exercise and eat properly.  The program is similar to the TV show the “Biggest Loser,” except you may bring the entire family for a fun and educational weekend.

You will have access to lodging, food, entertainment, bootcamps, educational seminars, and even leisure time at a flat and affordable cost. You or your family can join in on all the activities or just choose to attend specific weight loss activities that interest you. Reduced rates are available when signing-up with more than one person.

ABOUT OUR PROGRAM:

Personal Training

Small group exercise sessions suited to your fitness goals and ability. Your trainers will also work with you on how to maintain your results through healthy lifestyle habits. Each workout session includes exercise guidance, motivation, and accountability.

Metabolic Testing

This exciting technology measures resting metabolic rate. After adding in your lifestyle and exercise calories burned, we can pinpoint the most calories you can safely consume and still lose weight.

Healthy Prepared Meals

• 9 balanced, delicious, and healthy meals
• Learn how to prepare and cook all of the meals we have provided
• Education on how to calculate serving size, count calories, and journal daily food intake
